Megawatt Court is the name that we chose for our brand new location of 9.600 sq. m, an industrial complex from the Seventies, charming and well-structured, located in via Watt, only 10 minutes away from the heart of Zona Tortona. A very versatile space, available from May 2016 and never used before, suitable for big events, catwalks, tv shootings.
Big size and big potential: Megawatt Court consists of an industrial hangar of over 4000 sq.m in perfect conditions, with annexed a wide warehouse, a garden-courtyard, a three-storey office block (ready to use) of 1500 sq.m. and a private parking, fitting any exhibition demand.
As an industrial backdrop, the main feature of the exhibition area, a pavilion of 3.400 sq,m, is a large industrial scaffold running on one bay of the space, a historic memento of the recent past of the premises as a mechanical engineering factory; a saw-tooth roof provides a diffused natural light and, at the end of the hall, a steel mezzanine floor, ideal for production and sound crews, dominates the space.
The compound also integrates the three-storey building, connected to the main hall through an internal passageway, suitable for creating a backstage area in case of catwalks or shows, a wide private parking and a vast external area of over 3700 sq.m, to host outdoor events.
